You're sure of a big surprise.
If you go out in the woods today
You'd better go in disguise.
For every bear that ever there was
Will gather there for certain, because
Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic.
This was certainly the case last week. As a conclusion to our Festivals and Celebration studies we had our own fun afternoon on Thursday. The children wrote invitations to their teddy or soft toy to visit the classroom and they all came along.
We ate lunch on the grass under the trees and had some activities with rooms 14 and 15.
You can see from the pictures that it was an occassion enjoyed by everybody.
Hi room 16 those teddies look pretty awesome and cool to have and your teddy animal picnic must have been very fun for you guys.
